Good to know: Our tent hire prices include a two nights stay, if only one night is required the prices stay the same. Transport is quoted separately for your location and village size.

The organiser confirms the tents and receives one invoice, including the transport fee. A 25% deposit secures the booking, with the balance due 30 days before the event.

OPTION TWO
Let guests book themselves
The organiser secures the date with the quoted transport fee, we then make a dedicated page where guests choose and pay for their own tent.

We create pop-up glamping villages across Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. The ideal site is open, reasonably flat grass with direct access for our truck and trailer.
