Booking Arrangements:

How would you like the tents to be booked and paid for?
Option 1: An invoice is sent to the event organiser including all tents and transport fee. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, the remaining is required 1 month before the event
Option 2: Guests book and pay via our online booking system. The transport fee is required from the event organiser to secure the booking

Swell Shelter generally has a minimum booking of 10 tents. Submit your enquiry and we’ll let you know whether another arrangement is possible.

Venue Information

To ensure your location is suitable for a glamping village, please confirm the following site requirements:

1. Flat Grassed Area: The designated area must be as flat as possible and consist of grass. We are unable to set up on rocks, gravel, or sand.

2. Open Space: We require one large, open area, such as a paddock, to arrange all tents in neat rows while avoiding trees and shrubs. Our 4m tents require 5m x 5m of space, and our 5m tents require 6m x 6m of space.

3. Direct Access: There must be direct access for a truck and trailer to the glamping site.
